Couples therapy

Being in a relationship can be fulfilling but, just like in all human relationships, things can also get difficult.

I believe that couples therapy is a safe space for each partner to express their emotions, concerns, and desires, and from there, work together toward a healthier and more fulfilling relationship. 

Every relationship is unique, which is why I adapt my therapeutic approaches to the specific needs of each couple.

I work with topics such as:

  • Jealousy
  • Emotional dependence
  • Cultural conflicts between partners from different countries
  • Parenting conflicts
  • Conflicts in LGBTQ+ couples
  • Non-normative relationship models (Ethical Non-Monogamy, open relationships, polyamory).

 

I offer therapy in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, allowing each person to communicate in the language they feel most comfortable with.
